We are a childcare agency who supplies Au pairs for our clientele...We are located in Basingstoke. This Company was established in December 1999. Our clients are usually from within 20 miles radius of the centres of Basingstoke, Farnham, Alton, Winchester, Andover, Newbury, Reading, Wokingham, Camberley, Farnborough etc. Most clients have both parents working. When a potential client contact us to find an Au pair, we would then gather as much information regarding the client (such as their house, children, special needs, period of work etc) to help towards placing a suitable Au pair in there home. Once we have processed the needs of the client, we would then forward details of suitable Au pairs to them. Then the client would contact us to arrange for a suitable Au pair to be interviewed by them. We will then arrange either for the client to meet a potential Au pair either by telephone or by correspondence. (Which in the case of the overseas Au pair all communications will be done by telephone) When the client is satisfied that he/she is the most suitable person for the position the next stage in the processing is drawing up contract between both parties. After the signing of the contract, the Au pair would then start working for the client. However, if the client finds that they are dissatisfied with the Au pair, we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement. If we are not able to find a replacement, there are clauses in the contract explaining refunds. You pay no registration fees etc until you are completely satisfied that we have found the right Au pair for you. We will then request payment of registration and introduction fees according to the signed contracts. You will find our agency advertised in the following: - Gazette Basingstoke, Andover Advertiser, Thomson Directory, Yellow Pages , Local Post Offices and notice boards in most local shops.
